The whole family house is for lease. There is big living room with dutch stove, shower, separate toilet and completely equipped kitchen with microwave oven, electric kettle etc. Every room is equipped with a TV.
There are two rooms with hardwood floors in the first storey and completely equipped bathroom too. It is possible to accomodate 7-8 people here namely in one double-bedded and one four-bedded room, where an additional bed can be placed. There is another TV in the bigger room and if necessary another additional bed can be also placed in the living room on the first floor.
The whole house is after complete reconstruction. Heating is ensured by gas heating and dutch stove in the basement.
Stair-step garden and parking place belongs to the house, as well as covered sun deck.
